At WinePax, we strive to provide our customers with efficient and reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our terms and conditions for shipping, order minimums, and delivery options.
Order Minimum
We only process orders with a minimum purchase amount of $150 CAD.
Pick-Up Options
Free Pick-Up (St. Catharines & Brampton)
• Pick-up is available for orders over $150 CAD
• Pick-up hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• A 10% pick-up discount applies to orders over $300 CAD
• Orders over $3,500 CAD qualify for a 5% volume discount
• If picked up, customers receive a total 15% discount
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pick-up instructions.
Please call ahead to confirm your arrival or request pick-up outside regular hours.

Free Local Delivery
• Free delivery on orders over $650 CAD*
• Available for commercial locations only
• Delivery times are scheduled based on route availability
• Customers will be contacted to confirm a delivery window
* Free delivery is contingent on customers having loading docks and/or forklifts. No residential delivery.
Orders Not Qualifying for Free Delivery
• Orders below the $650 CAD free delivery minimum are eligible for pick-up only
• No alternative shipping methods are available for these orders
Shipping Process
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
• A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships
Delivery Timeframes
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, order size, and route scheduling
International Shipping
• At this time, we ship within Canada only
• International shipping is not available
